Architect Lead (Data Centers)

Position Title: Architect Lead (Data Centers) Location: Singapore

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

Lead architectural planning, design review, and project delivery activities across multiple projects.

Ensure design quality, compliance with regulatory requirements, and adherence to project objectives.

Review design changes, construction documentation, testing, and inspection outcomes.

Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and authorities throughout the project lifecycle.

Develop and implement design standards, construction methodologies, and quality control processes.

Support tendering activities, technical evaluations, and contractor selection.

Oversee site planning and master planning to ensure functionality, operational efficiency, sustainability, and project deliverability.

Drive effective stakeholder collaboration and resolve technical challenges to achieve project goals.

Key Requirements

Degree or Master's in Architecture or a related discipline.

8+ years of architectural design and project delivery experience within industrial, infrastructure, or mission-critical environments.

Strong understanding of space planning, building regulations, and construction practices.

Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Proficiency in industry-standard design software and tools.

Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.

Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
