Job Description

ASE Singapore Pte. Ltd. seeks a senior Manager to lead a team of Test/Product Engineers, delivering technical solutions for yield improvement, device offload, and test program development.

You will oversee setup, hardware correlation, and qualification activities, driving innovation in wafer sort and final test processes. You will spearhead system algorithm optimization, advanced analytics, and cross-functional project leadership with customers and internal stakeholders.
