Solutions Architect (Banking / Application Solutioning / Java / Node.js)

Responsibilities:

Lead the design of end-to-end enterprise technology solutions aligned with business and IT strategy

Translate business requirements into technical specifications, architecture designs, and integration models

Develop and maintain architecture standards, principles, and reference frameworks

Provide technical leadership across implementation, integration, and migration phases

Facilitate architecture governance and ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and performance standards

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure feasibility and alignment of solutions

Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, platforms, and tools

Prepare clear technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and presentations for varied audiences

Mentor and guide team members, including architects and engineers

Support vendor evaluation and management to ensure alignment with technical direction

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Minimum 8 years of experience in solution architecture, systems design, or related technical roles

Experience in the banking, finance, or highly regulated industries.

Proven experience designing and delivering large-scale enterprise solutions across on-premises and cloud environments

Strong understanding of application architecture, integration patterns, software architecture patterns, and data modeling

Experience in designing RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems

Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines

Strong stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under tight deadlines

Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is an added advantage
