Field Application Engineer - Tech Support & QA

Job Description

FLEXXON PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Field Application Technician to provide technical support, manage RMAs, and drive product validation with a strong focus on quality.

You will diagnose issues, prepare reports, and contribute to continuous improvement across hardware, software, and system levels. The role requires 3–5 years of FAE experience, proficiency in Windows and Linux, and strong analytical and communication skills in English and Chinese.
