Project Engineer / Manager (CCTV, security system, installation, team management)

Job Summary

Manage and deliver security system projects on time, within budget, and according to client requirements.

Responsibilities

Manage project execution from planning to completion.

Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Monitor project progress, schedule, budget, and quality.

Serve as the main point of contact for clients and resolve project issues.

Allocate resources and oversee site activities.

Prepare and maintain project documentation.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience or 6 years above for team lead in the security industry.

Knowledge of ELV systems, CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Alarm, and Networking.

Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
