Sales Support & Orders Coordinator

Job Description

Otto Waste Systems S'pore Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Sales Support Executive to assist the Sales Team with quotations, order processing and project coordination. You will manage order documents and liaise with customers to align on delivery schedules.

You will also monitor inventory and collaborate with operations to ensure timely deliveries, while handling purchasing related to customer orders. Proficiency in MS Office is required and experience with accounting software is a plus.
