Summary:
Basic up to $2600 (Increment after probation)
Alternate 5.5 days, 8.30 am to 5.30pm (Mon – Fri) 8.30 am to 1.30pm (Saturday)
Location: Woodlands
Job Scope:
Manage the end-to-end purchasing cycle, including RFQ, PO creation and follow-up, goods receipt tracking, and supplier billing.
Coordinate with suppliers and freight forwarders to ensure on-time delivery and maintain accurate goods arrival schedules in NAV.
Source and manage suppliers, including price negotiations, compliance with company standards, and monitoring of supply chain performance.
Monitor and manage inventory levels to support operational requirements and ensure efficient stock availability.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures while supporting ad hoc tasks and other duties assigned by management.
