Job Description

hashkey.capital seeks a production-focused engineer to turn research models and prototypes into Rust-based systems. You will implement hedging and inventory logic, plus the tests and edge cases a prototype skips.

Lead the development of a shared backtesting framework and simulation with realistic fill, latency, and market impact. Build robust signal pipelines and P&L tooling, while ensuring safe live-configuration controls and rapid iteration in a small team.
