Job Summary

Join Knowledge Computers Pte Ltd as a Network Engineer to design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure that ensures peak performance and reliability supporting business growth in a dynamic technology environment.

Responsibilities

Configure and troubleshoot network devices including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points to maintain network stability

Monitor network performance continuously and diagnose issues promptly to minimize downtime

Implement network security measures to safeguard systems against cyber threats

Document network configurations accurately and maintain up-to-date records for operational transparency

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align network infrastructure with evolving business objectives

Provide technical guidance and support to end-users to resolve network-related issues efficiently

Research and recommend new network technologies to enhance innovation and network capabilities

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Experience with Forescout Cybersecurity devices to enhance network security management

Experience using network management tools and monitoring platforms for effective network oversight

Relevant certifications such as CCNA or CCNP to validate networking expertise
