Yield Defect Analyst - Data-Driven Quality Impact

Job Description

VisionPower Semiconductor Manufacturing Company Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a data analyst to perform shift-based data analysis on defect scan data. You will work with module shift engineers to identify, analyse and resolve defect issues that affect production yield in a timely manner.

The role requires 2+ years experience with KLA bright/dark field metrology tools and inline applications, and may involve training in Taiwan.
