Project Coordination & Admin Specialist

Job Description

INTERLIFT SALES PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a capable Project Administrator to maintain project files, schedules and related documents, and to coordinate with Engineering, Production, Procurement, QC and Safety teams on site and in office.

You will liaise with customers, suppliers and subcontractors, manage purchase orders, deliveries, manpower and site access, and prepare progress reports and handover documentation for project closure.
