Test Engineer

Responsibilities: 1.Plan and execute pattern bring-up and validation plans based on schedule

2.Plan and execute on charz plans based on schedule

3.Support HTOL and Pkg qualification activities based on schedule

4.Provide DIB boards design guidelines based on schedule

5.Work with AMD Pkg and HWI team for HW readiness based on schedule

6.Work with AMD design team for content readiness based on schedule

7.ATE test program development, validation and release

8.Plan and execute sample deliveries plan based on schedule

9.Plan and execute yield attainment plans based on schedule

10.Plan and execute test time attainment plans based on schedule

11.Align testpoints and define Vid bucketing based on schedule

12.Work with Quality to support RMA debug to meet cycle time with the customers and drive quality improvements to meet targeted DPPM

13.Qualifying OSAT for manufacturing testing

14.Manufacturing, and post-manufacturing product life cycle support

General:

1.Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering

2.At least of 4-5 years of relevant experience, preferably with CPU/GPU products/IPs

3.Experience skillsets on Test IPs such as Scan, MBIST, Functional, Analog-mixed signals and High Speed I/O test, DFT concepts

4.Scan, Ethernet, Fuse, IOSPEC, JTAG, MBIST, DDR, PCIE, PLL, RESET, Ring Osc., Static/Dynamic IDD, High Voltage Stress, Thermal, xGMI, Functional

5.Experience with qualifying OSAT for manufacturing testing

6.Experience with Statistical Data analysis

7.Experience on manufacturing, and post-manufacturing product life cycle support

8.Unix and Windows proficiency and Java, Perl, Python scripting skills.

9.Good understanding of digital testing concepts

10.Good problem identification, problem definition and problems solving skills

11.Self-motivated & independent, strong interpersonal & communication skills, team player

ATE Test Engineer Requirements:

1.Test development experience on Verigy 93K, involving ATE test flows development, test content development, pattern debug and failure debug

2.Hands-on experience with ATE tester and handler

3.Experience developing and integrating Test programs for manufacturing/characterization
