Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure, including switches, routers, servers, storage systems, and related equipment.
Support system implementation by working with internal teams on network design, setup, testing, and deployment.
Troubleshoot network and system issues, providing technical support to both project teams and end users.
Manage office IT infrastructure, including network, servers, system administration, user support, and cybersecurity.
Evaluate new technologies and recommend suitable solutions to improve system performance and reliability.
Requirements:
Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
At least 2 years of experience in networking, system administration, or IT infrastructure support.
Knowledge of LAN/WAN networking, network security, routers, switches, servers, and storage solutions (NAS/SAN).
Experience in installing, configuring, and maintaining network and IT equipment.
Good analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
