Role Overview

We are seeking a talented and analytical

Application Engineer

to join our development team. In this role, you will apply your software engineering expertise to design, develop, debug, and implement high-quality web applications and specialized utility programs that meet our end-users' needs.

Working with a high degree of autonomy, you will tackle unfamiliar technical challenges, recommend continuous improvements to existing applications, and ensure system reliability. The ideal candidate is a structured thinker, an eager learner, and a collaborative team player who communicates ideas effectively and integrates seamlessly into a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Application Development: Design and build robust web-based applications, producing clean, efficient, and well-documented code based on technical specifications.

Database & Automation: Write and optimize database scripts to drive automated workflows and generate accurate reporting.

System Maintenance: Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance both new and existing applications to optimize performance and scalability.

Integration & Deployment: Integrate diverse technologies, third-party APIs, and platforms to expand application capabilities, overseeing smooth deployment to production environments.

System Support: Provide reliable technical support and maintenance for contact center systems and platforms.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent technical field.

Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in full-cycle application development.

Technical Competencies

Strong proficiency in backend development using C#.NET MVC and ASP.NET WebAPI.

Solid experience in database management, specifically SQL Scripting for reporting and automation.

Proficient in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, and JQuery.

Soft Skills

Problem-Solving: Proven analytical thinking with a structured approach to troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.

Teamwork: Outstanding interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset that makes you a natural team player.
