Responsibilities & duties

Quality Control of outgoing Precision Tool / Kit for Semiconductor Manufacturing

Measurement using QC equipment (eg. Mitutoyo, Smartscope, microscope etc.) and produce OQC report

Final assembly of Precision Semiconductor Manufacturing Tool (Conversion Kit)

Conduct final quality and quantity audits on outgoing shipments, ensuring physical contents and packing list match against order list

Label, take photos, secure and pack for shipment, ensuring compliance with shipping requirements

Ensure compliance with QMS

Requirements

Must possess very good hand skills and very good attention to fine details

ITE / Diploma in Precision Engineering
