Job Description

Description: Provide Level 2 production support for Java-based applications by monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving incidents and service requests within SLA.

Perform SQL queries for data validation, support batch processing (EOD/BOD), deployment rollback, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and application monitoring to ensure production stability.

Collaborate with development, infrastructure, middleware, API Gateway, and business teams to resolve issues and drive continuous service improvements.

Maintain operational documentation, SOPs, runbooks, knowledge base, and prepare operational reports while participating in service review and problem management activities.

Candidates should possess relevant experience based on seniority, hands-on knowledge of Java, JavaScript, SQL , strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint .
