Job Responsibilities:

Oversee technical aspects of infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with design and engineering standards. Obtaining necessary permits and approvals from relevant authorities

Participate in meetings, perform site inspections to monitor work progress, and identify design errors and drawing inconsistencies

Provide technical support and solutions to site teams and resolve design-related issues

Coordinating interfacing design and construction works with consultants (in-house & Client’s), subcontractors, and clients to ensure project requirements are met

Liaising with the Employer’s Consultants and QSS teams to resolve technical issues

Coordinating designs with relevant department person-in-charge to ensure consistency across different disciplines such as architectural, structural, electrical, and mechanical

Oversee the design development process and address any project risks to ensure smooth execution

Ensure adherence to regulatory and safety standards.

Conduct technical audits and inspections as required.

Ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior(s)

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil & Structural Engineering (Certificates must be recognized by PE Board)

Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in technical roles within the construction industry

Demonstrates strong technical competence and excellent time management skills

Independent, resulted-oriented and self-driven team player

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Salary package commensurate with experience
