T&C Engineer (Electrical)

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Testing and Commissioning Engineer to support the delivery of railway and power infrastructure projects in Singapore. The ideal candidate is a proactive team player with strong technical expertise in railway or power supply systems and a passion for delivering high-quality project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, schedule, and coordinate testing and commissioning activities to ensure successful project delivery within timeline, quality, and safety requirements.

Prepare and manage T&C documentation, including method statements, Inspection and Test Plans (ITP), test reports, certificates, and handover documentation.

Conduct and oversee FAT, SAT, system integration testing, and final commissioning activities.

Monitor testing progress, manage defects and punch list items, and ensure timely project completion.

Lead site inspections and T&C meetings to ensure testing readiness and effective stakeholder coordination.

Mentoring and providing training to the junior staff.

Abide to the Environmental, Safety and Health regulations (Internal & External).

Section C: Qualifications and Work Experience

Engineering degree or diploma holders in relevant engineering and minimum 5 years of relevant working experience

Proven experience in metro or railway power supply system is required.

Knowledge of Singapore health, safety and environmental regulations will be an advantage

Capable of reading electrical drawings and schematics

Good interpersonal, planning, analytical and problem-solving skill

Good oral and written communication skills
