Job Description

Position: Sales Coordinator (Quotation / Order Processing)

Location: Joo Koon, Singapore

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.30pm

Salary (commensurate on experience) : $1,800-$2,000 basic + Bonus

Employment Type: Permanent

Industry: Engineering Consultancy

Main Responsibilities

Handle customer enquiries and prepare quotations promptly.

Follow up with customers on quotations and order requirements.

Process sales orders and purchase orders accurately.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

Maintain accurate sales records and supporting documentation.

Provide customer service and follow up on order-related matters.

Support general sales administration and other assigned duties.

Requirements

Minimum GCE O-Level, ITE or equivalent.

Up to 1-2 years of relevant sales support, customer service or administrative experience will be advantageous.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Able to maintain accurate quotations, orders and sales documentation.
