Project Coordinator

Job Description

. To coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information.

. To break projects into doable actions and set timeframes.

. To liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives.

. To assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.

. To ensure clients' needs are met as projects evolve.

. To prepare quotations and budgets.

. To analyse risks and opportunities.

. To oversee project procurement management.

. To monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.

. To be the point of contact and communicate project status to all stakeholders.

. To use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures.

. To review and issue all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g. contracts and terms of agreement).

. To create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.

. To ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests.
