Job Summary

Join a well-established Architectural Consultant firm specializing in commercial and industrial projects. Lead design, project management, and construction processes to deliver successful architectural outcomes.

Responsibilities

Lead construction project brief formulation, design conceptualization, and presentation to stakeholders

Prepare and submit building plans and obtain Building Plan clearances in compliance with regulations

Develop detailed architectural specifications and drawings to guide project execution

Support the tender process by preparing documentation and coordinating submissions

Manage contracts and oversee construction activities to ensure project milestones and quality standards are met

Coordinate TOP (Temporary Occupation Permit) and CSC (Certificate of Statutory Completion) procedures, including project completion and handover

Required competencies and certifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture from a recognized university

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in architectural design and project management

Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant design software

Strong knowledge of local building codes and regulations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills demonstrated through effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement

Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and within a team environment
