Job Description

Responsibilities include:

Platform monitoring and incident management

Device discovery and profiling

Policy tuning and optimization

Network Access Control (NAC) administration

Integration with Cisco ISE, ServiceNow, SIEM/SOAR, EDR, and related platforms

System administration, upgrades, patching, and preventive maintenance

Weekly and monthly reporting, RCA documentation, and coordination with L2 support and Forescout TAM

Required Skills & Experience

Strong hands-on experience with Forescout (eyeSight, eyeControl, eyeExtend)

Solid networking knowledge (802.1X, RADIUS, MAB, DHCP, SNMP, SPAN, VLANs, switching/routing)

Experience integrating with Cisco ISE (pxGrid), ServiceNow CMDB, SIEM/SOAR, and EDR solutions

Scripting knowledge in Python and/or PowerShell

Experience in incident management and RCA documentation

Forescout certifications (FCAdmin, FCE) are highly desirable

3 to 5 years of experience in
