Software Engineer

We are seeking a Software Engineer to design, develop, deploy, and support enterprise applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end software development, production support, CI/CD implementation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities Analyze business and technical requirements and develop scalable software solutions using Python, .NET, and scripting technologies.

Design, develop, test, and maintain application functionalities in accordance with business requirements and technical standards.

Manage and support the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.

Develop and maintain automation scripts and CI/CD pipelines to improve deployment efficiency and system reliability.

Provide Level 3 (L3) production support, troubleshoot application issues, and perform root cause analysis for incidents.

Collaborate with business users, developers, QA teams, and infrastructure teams to deliver quality software solutions.

Participate actively in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

Prepare and maintain technical documentation, deployment procedures, and support knowledge bases.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives in application performance, support processes, and development practices.

Requirements Technical Skills

Proficiency in Python and/or Microsoft .NET technologies.

Experience with Batch Scripting and automation development.

Hands-on experience with Git, Jenkins, JIRA, and Confluence.

Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Experience in application troubleshooting, incident management, and production support.

Familiarity with software testing, deployment, and release management processes.

Methodology

Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
