Job Description

This is a 12-months contract.

As a Technical Solutions Consultant, you will serve as the primary technical point of contact for digital advertising solutions, advising clients on the best practices and troubleshoot technical challenges.

Responsibilities:

Develop technical expertise in a range of advertising products, including measurement, signal, and delivery solutions, and provide consultative guidance on best practices and customized setups.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to client use of advertising solutions.

Collaborate closely with Sales and account teams to address client concerns, prioritize issues, and contribute to market or vertical-specific technical plans.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in digital advertising or technology industries.

Hands on experience in SQL and API troubleshooting.

Strong understanding of the advertising technology ecosystem.

Customer-facing experience with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Hands-on experience troubleshooting advertising technologies, such as pixels, ad servers, auctions, and delivery systems.

Familiarity with web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HTTP.

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
