Facilities Operations Coordinator

Job Description

ABACUS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT PRIVATE LIMITED in Singapore is seeking a Property Officer to support the Reporting Officer in ensuring smooth operations and effective management of the facility or building.

You will handle bookings and maintenance of amenities, coordinate with site staff, and assist with daily operations and admin tasks, including inspections, security passes, deposits, and compliance with PDPA.
