Quality Engineer

Job Description

Job Summary:

Location: Tampines Industrial Crescent

Salary: Basic up to $5000 +

AWS

Working Hours: 5 days per week

Job Responsibilities:

Manage quality of

machined products

to meet customer and internal requirements.

Lead and maintain

QMS, ISO 9001 & ISO 14001

certification and continuous improvement.

Lead Quality team in inspection, process control, and non-conforming product management.

Conduct root cause analysis,

8D, SPC and Six Sigma

improvement activities.

Support supplier evaluation and quality management of raw materials and purchased parts.

Monitor quality KPIs and drive corrective/preventive actions.

Job Requirements:

Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in

Mechanical, Industrial Engineering

or related field.

Minimum

3 years' quality experience in machining industry .

Knowledge of

ISO 9001, ISO 14001, SPC, Six Sigma and 8D .
