Job Summary

Join as a Junior Technical Business Analyst supporting the Tenancy Management System for mall and retail landlords. Collaborate across project lifecycles from requirements gathering to go-live support. Fresh graduates welcome; on-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with customers, consultants, and developers to gather and analyze business and system requirements to ensure clear project scope

Develop detailed process flows, system mock-ups, and functional specifications to guide development and testing

Utilize AI-assisted development tools to assist in feature development and refinement

Prepare and execute UAT test cases, coordinate customer acceptance testing to validate system functionality

Conduct system demonstrations and deliver user training to enhance customer understanding and adoption

Support customer go-lives by managing data setup and providing on-site assistance to ensure smooth implementation

Maintain accurate and up-to-date project and product documentation for reference and compliance

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

Strong written and spoken English communication skills to facilitate clear stakeholder interactions

Analytical and problem-solving skills with an interest in working with data to support decision-making

Interest in AI-assisted development tools and eagerness to learn new technologies

Willingness to travel for customer go-lives and training sessions

Chinese/Mandarin proficiency is an advantage for communicating with certain customers and stakeholders
