Graphic Designer / Art Director Location: Singapore (Hybrid / Flexible WFH) Employment Type: Full-Time, In-HouseAbout Project B Project B is a global social platform at the intersection of basketball, entertainment, and culture. The Role We are looking for a versatile Graphic Designer / Art Director to drive our visual identity across multiple platforms. In this role, you will:

Create dynamic visual assets for digital and social platforms, live events, promotional campaigns, and community content.

Develop brand-aligned concepts, including logos, event marks, and layouts for web, mobile, and streaming environments.

Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, content, and product teams to ensure visual consistency.

Manage external talent: Source, direct, and oversee freelance designers and external resources to scale creative output when needed.

Manage the design lifecycle, from preparing files for production to iterating on designs based on feedback and performance data.

Qualifications Proven Experience: Strong graphic design skills with a portfolio highlighting impactful digital and social work.

Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma).

Creative Execution: The ability to seamlessly translate creative briefs into clear, compelling visual concepts.

Resource & Workflow Management: Excellent time management, the ability to juggle multiple projects, and experience outsourcing and managing external creative help.

Industry Pace: Comfort working collaboratively in a fast-paced, sports- or entertainment-focused environment.
