Job Description

Molex Singapore is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer to optimize production, improve yield, and drive operational excellence. You will work cross-functionally with Operations, Quality, Planning, Maintenance, EHS, and Product Engineering to develop sustainable manufacturing solutions.

You will lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives, implement PFMEA controls, SOPs, and SPC methods, and ensure smooth transfer of new products to mass production while upholding safety and
