Job Description

A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a candidate to manage customer inquiries through various channels. Responsibilities include addressing escalated calls, walk-in queries, and providing first-level troubleshooting for Internet services. Ideal applicants should possess meticulous attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills, and be results-oriented.
