Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage project plans, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control.
Oversee project execution to ensure safety, quality, customer satisfaction, and timely delivery within budget.
Lead project teams, supervisors, technicians, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor project profitability, manage costs, and support variation order opportunities.
Maintain proper project documentation, reports, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Coordinate closely with customers to ensure smooth project progress, payment collection, and positive cash flow.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and project management procedures.
Provide regular project updates, operational reports, and WIP presentations to management.
Manage project closure, handover, and commercial sign-off activities.
Requirements:
Local Degree in Business, Engineering, Business
Min 2 years of experience in Construction or Engineering Service industry
