Brief Summary

We are seeking a dedicated individual to engage in cost analysis and productivity optimization, contributing to engineering projects and process improvements. The role entails collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive effective R&D initiatives.

Responsibilities

Collaborate in cost analysis and productivity tracking to optimize operations and reduce waste. Support R&D engineering efforts to meet project objectives and timelines. Assist with product evaluation, testing, and process improvement activities. Analyze engineering data and aid in troubleshooting product and process-related issues. Monitor process performance to ensure adherence to quality and operational standards. Prepare necessary technical reports, documentation, and records. Evaluate new materials, equipment, and technologies for enhancements in products and processes. Effectively communicate with counterparts on R&D projects and coordinate technical discussions to ensure alignment with engineering goals.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Materials, Chemical Engineering, or a related engineering field. Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with the ability to handle multiple tasks. Responsible and capable of working independently as well as in a collaborative environment. Positive attitude and willingness to work in a cleanroom setting.
