Job Description

You will be expected to:

perform first-level IT support to internal 1,200 users on infrastructure and IT security support requests

involve in daily IT management functions such as:

setting up of desktops and laptops in accordance with internal IT Policy & Procedures

documenting support activities in our internal eTicketing system

identify improvement to Service Desk function and internal IT processes

participate in research work as directed by the Manager
