Position Details:

Job Type: 6 Months extendable contract with our client (payroll Avensys)

Location: Singapore

Timings : Regular working hours

Yrs of Exp: 1+ years of relevant experience

Job Description

Responsibilities:

Provide first-line support for workstations, peripherals, applications and connectivity across assigned Singapore sites.

Log, prioritize, troubleshoot and resolve incidents and requests within SLA.

Collect diagnostic evidence and escalate to L2, infrastructure, application or vendor teams.

Respond to outages and service degradation and provide timely updates.

Maintain accurate ticket records, daily reports and shift handovers.

Follow SOPs, security controls and site-access requirements.

Support trend analysis, automation and service improvements

Requirements:

Diploma in IT, Computer Studies or equivalent.

1–2 years of relevant IT support experience.

Knowledge of Windows endpoints, basic networking, peripherals and ServiceNow/Jira.

Structured troubleshooting and basic SQL skills; Unix/Linux exposure is beneficial.

Clear communication, customer service and ability to work independently onsite.

Available for 12-hour rotating shifts, nights, weekends and public holidays.
