About the Programme

Our 2-year Graduate Programme, commencing in August 2027, is designed to help you develop both the technical expertise and leadership capabilities needed to thrive in a global organization.

As a graduate, you will experience:

A 9-week global orientation programmeacross Singapore, Oslo and Aberdeen

Curated learning experiences that build business insight, technical expertise and leadership capability

Mentorship and buddy support from experienced professionals

Capstone projects as a Cohort that encourage collaboration and problem solving

Opportunities to engage with senior leaders across the organization

Real responsibilities and meaningful work from day one

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking students in their final year of studies in:

Mechanical Engineering

Chemical Engineering

Naval Architecture
