QA Engineer (Manual Testing | Wealth Management | CRM)

Job Description

We are looking for a

QA Engineer with 8-12 years of experience

in

Functional/Manual Testing

. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in

CRM applications, Wealth Management domain, and Client Onboarding processes

.

Primary Skills

Strong Manual & Functional Testing experience

CRM application testing

Wealth Management domain experience

Client Onboarding workflow testing

Test Case Design, Execution & Defect Management

Agile/Scrum methodology

Jira (Xray is an advantage)

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Secondary Skills

Automation Testing (Playwright, Selenium, Cucumber, TestNG, etc.)

REST API Testing

CI/CD tools (GitLab, Jenkins)

Banking/Payments/E-Banking exposure

Development experience with hands on exp on Spring boot or similar is preferred.

Very good understanding of best practices, clean code policies, branching strategies and security scans.

Responsibilities

Design and execute test cases

Perform end-to-end functional testing

Validate CRM and client onboarding journeys

Track and manage defects

Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, and Product Owners

Support automation and API testing activities where required
