Network & Systems Engineer

Job Description

Design, configure, deploy, and maintain network and system solutions based on customer requirements.

Provide onsite and remote technical support and troubleshooting.

Liaise with vendors to resolve complex technical issues.

Support tender submissions with technical proposals, solution designs, compliance documents, BOM reviews, and Proof-of-Concept (PoC) testing.

Evaluate and test new technologies and products for potential solutions.

Prepare technical documentation, configuration guides, and test reports.

Any other adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

Diploma in IT/Computer Science/Cybersecurity or equivalent

Min 5 years experience in deployment and supporting multi-vendor network infrastructure and systems

Experience in these applications is an advantage:

ManageEngine OpManager

ManageEngine EventLog Analyzer

ManageEngine Patch Manager

Acronis Advanced Data Backup

Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager (SEPM)

CCNA certification or equivalent networking knowledge

Location: Ubi

Working Hours: Mon-Fri (9am to 6pm)

Salary: Up to $6500

Able to start work immediate or on short notice
