itiesCollaborate with internal teams, industry experts, and clients to lead the planning and delivery of impactful training programmes from conception to comple

tion.Manage and nurture customer relationships to promote relevant training programmes that meet their evolving n

eeds.Identify, explore, and secure new business opportunities and partnerships, both locally and internation

ally.Collect, analyse, and interpret programme and stakeholder data to evaluate impact, track performance, and support evidence-based decision-ma

king.Contribute to corporate planning and strategic reviews through data-driven analysis and recommendat

ions.Initiate and oversee course development projects by engaging stakeholders to understand evolving industry and client needs, translating insights into programme concepts and collaborating with subject matter experts for content crea

tion.
