HPC Engineer (GPU)

HPC Engineer (GPU) required by one of the most exciting, well-resourced AI infrastructure startups in the world. The business works in close partnership with NVIDIA and other organisations shaping the future of data centres and global AI infrastructure.

Day-to-day operation of large-scale GPU platforms that power mission-critical AI workloads. You'll provision, maintain, validate, and troubleshoot GPU servers, ensuring consistent, high-performance infrastructure across racks and regions.

Responsibilities

Supporting the GPU systems as the US nightshift, joining the small Singapore team

Perform node imaging, bring-up, health checks, and lifecycle management across GPU systems.

Run GPU validation, including health checks, NVLink validation, NCCL tests, and performance benchmarking.

Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex faults.

Maintain accurate configuration, inventory, and fleet records.

Support the deployment of new racks, clusters, and regional expansions.

Improve automation, runbooks, and operational processes.

Requirements

Strong written and verbal English communication skills

GPU-based infrastructure administration

Robust Linux & HPC experience

Strong Slurm and some Kubernetes

Familiarity with networking, storage, and system performance tuning.

Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative approach to supporting mission-critical environments.
