Responsibilities
Administer all Supplier’s Incoming & Outgoing Goods. (Operation)
Plan & Schedule all supplier’s collection & Delivery date and time.
Administer all INCOMING paper documents. (GRN) to system.
Handle System Software for Inventory and administer Store PC.
Administer all Customers Consignment parts collection.
Arrange Fedex collection.
Co‑ordinate Vendors & Suppliers collection and receiving dates. Daily activities.
Administer all Inbound and Outbound (Overseas delivery, collection co‑ordination and documents.
Issue Store Inventory Out for Production.
Packing & Label Printing for all Products.
Administer all Company Transport Vehicle inspection, repairs and maintenance schedule.
Requirements
2 years experience in Store management.
Knowledge in Microsoft Office & Email respond.
Ability to work in fast pace environment and adapt to changes.
Ability to perform OT.
