Job Title:

Salesforce Developer / Senior Developer (Service Cloud)

Role Purpose

Design, build, and support low-code and declarative solutions within Salesforce CRM (Service Cloud). You will combine hands-on configuration with technical leadership to deliver scalable capabilities for case management and customer service operations.

Key Responsibilities

Low-Code Engineering:

Build complex declarative automation and UI features using Salesforce Flows, Validation Rules, Lightning Pages, Layouts, Formulas, and Queues.

Service Cloud Management:

Support case management, knowledge enablement, and custom objects (Case, Account, Contact, Case Notes, Course, Knowledge).

Technical Leadership & Review:

Conduct peer reviews, define platform standards, and advise when to use declarative configuration versus custom code.

Support & Enhancements:

Perform root-cause analysis, deliver bug fixes/enhancements, and handle SIT, UAT, and release documentation.

Requirements

4+ years

of hands-on experience in Salesforce CRM / Service Cloud configuration and support.

Strong expertise in

Salesforce Flows

and case management automation.

Certifications Required:

Salesforce Administrator

or

Platform App Builder,

and

Platform Developer I (PDI).

Preferred

Experience in regulated/government sectors or integration-aware designs.

Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist.
