Manufacturing Process Engineer

As our new ME Engineer, you will be supporting and optimizing production processes, driving continuous improvement, and strengthening engineering capabilities within our expanding Singapore Operations. What You Will Be Doing

As a key part of the Manufacturing Engineering team, you'll create impact by Driving operational excellence by ensuring cost, quality, and delivery targets are met while enabling the growth of our Cooling & Data Centre applications..

Your main responsibilities include:

Support daily production meetings and manage production improvement proposals to drive operational performance

Ensure achievement of Cost, Quality, and Delivery targets through robust manufacturing engineering practices

Lead and support continuous improvement projects, including new process implementations and production setup optimization

Guide and coach technicians, operators, and supervisors on best practices and process standards

Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Supply Chain, Quality, EHS, and regional/global teams to ensure business continuity

Maintain process documentation and deliver training to support knowledge sharing across the organization

We would also imagine that you have:

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field

1-2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing engineering or operations

Strong technical understanding of supply chain and operations processes

Demonstrated ability to lead processes or projects within a manufacturing environment

It is a plus if you also:

Experience with cooling systems, pumps, or data center applications

Knowledge of local regulations and standards relevant to manufacturing in Singapore

Familiarity with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies
