Internship:Support programme evaluation & capability development activities

Job Description

What The Role Is

You will be part of the Data Office team.

What You Will Be Working On

Support ongoing programme evaluation projects, including participating in data collection activities (e.g. site visits, observational studies) and synthesising findings into summary reports

Support ongoing programme evaluation capability development efforts (e.g. workshops)

Support the development and evaluation of learning materials and resources, including designing interactive and multimedia elements to enhance learner engagement

What We Are Looking For

Ability to conduct research and evaluation work, including fieldwork and hands-on data collection activities

Ability to evaluate and synthesise research findings and learning resources

Good communication and writing skills

Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g. Canva, PowerPoint)

Basic proficiency in data analysis is a plus

Experience or interest in creating materials on e-learning platforms is a plus
