Senior Flutter Developer - Remote

Brief Summary

We are seeking a skilled Senior Flutter Developer to lead the creation of high-quality applications for mobile and web platforms. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute significantly to application architecture and deliver innovative features.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Flutter and Dart for mobile and web. Build complex UI, application state, navigation, API integrations, and data-driven features. Implement offline-first functionality, including local persistence, caching, and synchronization. Own features end-to-end, including technical design, implementation, testing, and production support. Define and maintain clean, scalable application architecture and reusable components. Integrate REST APIs, authentication, push notifications, analytics, and third-party SDKs. Diagnose and resolve complex bugs across Flutter, native platforms, web, and application lifecycle. Optimize application performance, including startup time, rendering, and memory management. Write unit, widget, and integration tests, maintaining high engineering standards through code reviews.

Requirements

Educational qualification in Computer Science or a related field. 5+ years of software development experience, with strong production experience in Flutter/Dart. Proven experience shipping and maintaining Flutter applications on iOS and Android. Strong knowledge of Flutter internals, widget lifecycle, and performance optimization. Proficient in application architecture and design patterns such as Clean Architecture or MVVM. Familiarity with state management solutions such as BLoC/Cubit, Riverpod, or Provider. Experience with local persistence solutions like SQLite, Drift, or Hive. Knowledgeable in file handling, storage, uploads/downloads, and cross-platform differences. Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON serialization, authentication, and error handling.
