Your role
To analyse on zero yield wafers or low yield wafers so as to achieve yield improvement
To resolve any process issues in collaboration with Modules and ensure smooth flow in the line to meet customer delivery.
To characterize all process windows to achieve process robustness.
Liaise with division teams from ADG/AMS/AMG/MDG and support technology and product transfer activities with compliance with the defined timelines
To liaise with Division in weekly conference call for yield/D0 update and yield master plan.
To conduct MRB meeting with Division about the disposition of SBL lot in weekly basis.
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or related field
Basic understanding of semiconductor device physics such as MOSFETs, BJTs, diodes, and power devices
Good communication skills in English, both spoken and written
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Interest in semiconductor manufacturing and yield improvement
Willingness to learn electrical characterization tools and data analysis methods
