Based on Yield Engineers' request to re-test ICrejects and run voltage/temperature/frequency Shmoo analysis for rejects withA93K tester or IBIS.

Provide ATE/IBIS analysis data & report to yieldengineer.

Provide Bench Electrical Failure Analysis support toverify ATE test results if needed.

Deliverables and Results:

IC rejects re-test datalog, Shmoo analysis stdf data,ATE/IBIS analysis reports.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical andElectronic Engineering

1 to 3 years hands on experience to operate loadboard, handler, thermo-stream machine, A93K tester and Burn In tester (IBIS).

Hands on experience to operate load board,handler, thermo-stream machine, A93K tester and Burn In tester (IBIS).

Knowledge of IC backend test.

Knowledge and experience of engineering dataanalysis.

Independent, resourceful and takes initiative.

Able to communication effectively to engineers ofdifferent technical background.

A highly motivated team player with goodanalytical and problem solving skills and a strong drive to excel.
