Understanding business requirements and translating them into manageable deliverables
Providing task breakdown, dependencies, and time estimates in technical design documents
Collaborating with stakeholders in other departments and fellow developers
Designing high-performing cloud-based applications with strong fundamentals in client and server architecture
Developing the core technology for innovative, high-performing, cloud-based applications in generative AI and machine learning
What you'll bring to the table...
Experience leading software engineering teams and delivering projects critical to the business
Proficiency in Python, Java, or Scala
Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms
Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Ability to excel in a fast-paced, proactive work environment
Commitment to disciplined and top-quality software development
Strong communication skills
A solid academic background with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
Additional assets would include
experience with prompt engineering and LLMs,
LLM application frameworks such as LangChain,
prompt testing,
functional programming languages,
knowledge of various HR data sources and providers and their APIs, and client-server programming, as well as familiarity with modern web technologies.
