Construction Documentation Specialist

Job Description

Koh Brothers Group of Companies is seeking a Detail-oriented Document Controller to manage and maintain all project documentation on site in Singapore. You will register, track, distribute and archive drawings, submissions, reports and correspondence using the approved document control system, ensuring access to the latest approved information for engineers and managers.

In this role you will maintain MDR and other registers, coordinate with project stakeholders, and support audits and handovers
