Application Developer- CONTRACT (WEST / ONSITE 5DAYS)

Job responsibilities as below:

Design, develop, and deploy applications using the OutSystems low-code platform.

Collaborate with business analysts, product managers, and designers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Customize and extend OutSystems applications through integration with external systems, APIs, and third-party services.

Based on the cases assigned, troubleshoot and develop the solution that meets the business needs using the OutSystems Rapid Application Development platform.

Conduct code reviews, write unit tests, and ensure high-quality code following best practices and OutSystems standards.

Responsible for ensuring the proposed solution is aligned with the overall architecture design.

Propose solutions to fulfil business requirements and recommend potential areas for streamlining.

Design, document and develop programs to resolve cases and ensure the developed programs fulfil the business requirements.

Participate in the full application lifecycle from design and development to deployment and support.

Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in the OutSystems platform and other related technologies.

Requirements:

Bachelor's /Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience as an OutSystems Developer.

Strong understanding of software development methodologies, particularly Agile/Scrum.

Proficiency in OutSystems Service Studio, Integration Studio, and Lifetime.

Experience in building web and mobile applications on the OutSystems platform.

Knowledge of database design and SQL, especially in relation to OutSystems development.

Experience in integrating OutSystems with other systems (SOAP/REST APIs, external databases, etc.).

Familiarity with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.

Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on performance optimization and user experience.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

OutSystems certifications (e.g., Associate Developer, Professional Developer) are a plus.
