Responsibilities
Process Development & Support : Collaborate with foundries to develop and optimize process flows; interpret PDKs and process specifications to support design teams; evaluate new process nodes.
Problem Solving : Work with foundries on failure analysis to identify root causes and drive process improvements; manage production issues and delays.
Yield & Reliability Improvement : Analyze yield data, optimize process windows, and support reliability testing to ensure stable mass production.
Cross-functional Communication : Serve as a technical interface between design houses and foundries; coordinate reviews to ensure alignment between design and process.
Tape-out & Mass Production Support : Support tape-out activities, including mask data preparation and process documentation review; monitor production yield and process parameters to proactively prevent and resolve issues.
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above in Microelectronics, Materials Science, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Solid understanding of semiconductor process flows; experience in process integration or process development is preferred.
Strong data analysis skills with the ability to independently identify and resolve process-related issues.
Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional problem-solving.
Ability to effectively support international collaboration.
